In a dystopian twist of fate, an executive order is issued by a controversial governor, mandating the arrest of children born to undocumented immigrants. These innocent youths find themselves entangled in a web of political intrigue and social upheaval. Seeking a way out of their grim predicament, they are offered a dubious lifeline: volunteer at a secluded eldercare facility, and their charges will be dropped.

Upon arrival at the facility, the young volunteers are met with an eerie atmosphere and peculiar staff members.
